- All orders are made to order in small batches to ensure quality.
- Please allow [3–5 business days] for processing before shipment.
- During holidays or high-demand periods, processing times may be longer.
- Shipping Rates & Methods
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

- Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers (if applicable).
- Damaged or Lost Packages
- Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
- If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier first.
- For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can work toward a resolution.
- Warm Weather Disclaimer
- Candy can be sensitive to heat. During warm months, we recommend choosing faster shipping methods to help protect your order.
- We are not responsible for melting or texture changes caused by heat during transit.
- Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
- We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address provided by the customer.
