  • All orders are made to order in small batches to ensure quality.

  • During holidays or high-demand periods, processing times may be longer.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers (if applicable).

  • Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier first.
  • For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can work toward a resolution.
  1. Warm Weather Disclaimer
  • Candy can be sensitive to heat. During warm months, we recommend choosing faster shipping methods to help protect your order.
  • We are not responsible for melting or texture changes caused by heat during transit.
  1. Incorrect Shipping Information
  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address provided by the customer.
