  • Because our candy is made to order and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • This policy helps us ensure that every customer receives fresh, safe products.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

  • You provided the wrong shipping address.
  • The package was left outside and damaged after delivery.
  • The product’s taste, color, or texture varies slightly from photos (due to small-batch production).
  • Candy is affected by heat during shipping without choosing an expedited method in warm months.
