At Jenna Spray Freeze-Dried Candy, your satisfaction matters to us. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict return policy to ensure food safety for all our customers.
- All Sales Are Final
- Because our candy is made to order and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- This policy helps us ensure that every customer receives fresh, safe products.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:
- You provided the wrong shipping address.
- The package was left outside and damaged after delivery.
- The product’s taste, color, or texture varies slightly from photos (due to small-batch production).
- Candy is affected by heat during shipping without choosing an expedited method in warm months.
- Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
